BISP Re-Survey Deadline 2025 has been announced by the Government of Pakistan, which is set for eligible families as 30th June 2025. If you are continuously receiving financial assistance of Rs. 13,500 and have not updated your information yet, then this is your last chance. This re-survey is being conducted under the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) so that assistance can be continued to genuine beneficiaries based on the Poverty Score (PMT Score).
This survey can be completed at the nearest BISP Tehsil Offices or Dynamic Survey Centers, where your data will be recorded through the CAPI system. You will only need to carry your original CNIC, B-Form of children and proof of residence. After biometric verification, your eligibility will be decided with the help of NADRA, and if your PMT score falls below the required threshold, you will continue to receive quarterly assistance of Rs. 13,500.

Required Documents for BISP Re-Survey

- Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- B-Form of your children (issued by NADRA)
- Latest utility bill or proof of residence
During the process, you’ll also go through biometric verification using your fingerprints. Make sure your details are updated and your CNIC is not expired.

You can visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office or NSER Dynamic Survey Center. There, you’ll be issued a token number and then complete the survey through a digital system called CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing). A representative will ask questions related to your income, household size, education level, and assets.
